I am taking over inbound and outbound calls, raise complaints, handling customers's escalations. I am handling inquiries regarding medical fitness test for viza and occupational health screen and Golden viza
Additionally, handling all inquiries related to health care in governmental hospitals and health care centers booking appointments and cancel and reschedule when the patients order to do handling all inquiries in Al Jalila Children's Speciality Hospital.
Thus, I did service the paients to have their medicines, medical report, sick leave.
I have been servicing the patients loyally for many years regards their appointments, and general inquires as well.
In my current position at Date Direct I am working in Dubai Academic health cooperation Which comprised of hospitals, ambulatory health centres.
I was working with Teleperformance for one year and four months I did work in (Dubai Health Authority) project I have been serving the professionals to have their eligibility letter to activate their licenses and assist the facilities to how they can activate the licences to the Doctors and guide them to the website to do that Which they will be able to access to the professionals Dashboard and active their licenses online.
Thus, I was responsible for booking appointment's to the paients in governmental hospital such as Rashid hospital, Dubai hospital.
I was helping the customers how they will do their medical fitness test for viza and golden viza and as well per employment test and occupational health test I did guide them to all that.
Additionally, any inquiries related to the medicine and contact with clinics and specialist center I was handling it .
