- Preparing the company’s yearly budget according to accurate financial methods.
- Developing new models to set the company’s target, designing a new incentive scheme, and preparing relevant financial reports to control and improve the company’s performance.
- Coordinating with the executive level to conduct market researches related to business development, expanding into new markets, introducing new products, and preparing feasibility studies to exploit new market opportunities.
- Preparing CBK reports on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
- Setting monthly targets for operations and determining the targeted volume of revenues and number of transactions and monitoring the actual results with the targets.
- Valuating and monitoring the Company’s investment portfolio.
- Preparing monthly financial reports including management report, business review, BOD report, operations’ performance, FOREX performance and budget variances report, monthly incentives, and analyzing the company’s performance by details with a comparative analysis with the historical data.
- Observing the trial balance movement on a daily basis and monitoring the changes in the cash and the correspondent bank balances.
- Preparing daily reports such as company P&L report, expenses report & P&L by currency segment (currency wise).
- Preparing weekly branches performance report.
- Handling daily and monthly closing accounting routines, such as reviewing Journal vouchers, controlling prepayments and accrued expenses, fixed assets and depreciation, salaries and rent, Western Union and DHL settlements, Earth port and banks charges, testing new products, the monthly closing and TB analysis, and other duties upon request.

- Preparing daily cash reports, bank reports and expenses reports.
- Petty cash control.
- Observing the company's bank accounts, recording transactions in the company's records and prepare the bank reconciliations.
- Updating on monthly wise the accounting books.
- Updating the Investments in the accounting records.
- Preparing and follow up bank transfers orders.
- Observing all the affiliates current accounts.
- Controlling payments and expenses.

- Preparing cheques and bank transfers.
- Petty cash Control.
- Recording transactions in the company's records and prepare the bank reconciliations.
- Updating on monthly wise the accounting books.
- Follow-up and coordinate with the external auditors to prepare financial statements of the company.
