1. 4. To Manage finance functions and Lead Pre Qualifications, Tenders & Contracts, Commercial Proposals, Tender & Pre-bid Contracts i.e. GCC, SCC, BEC, Risk analysis of the Project, Bid structuring, Pre-bid queries, Bid compilation, Bid submission, Negotiations, Drafting undertakings, commitment letters, statements, drafting & reviewing NDA for new business opportunities, supplier registrations, Legal compliances and customer issues resolution.

5. 6.Responsible for profitable business and sales turnover of more than 100cr + & the business operations from OIL & Petroleum Gas Industry for polymers product & Chemical Products Analysis / Material Engineering.

7.Formulate a profitable channel and supplier partner strategy in coordination with internal stakeholders by appointing channel partners and suppliers registrations for accelerating growth for achieving desired sales goals.
Review the management of channel partners / dealers to ensure engagement and achievement of targets

8.Direct ownership of Key Accounts with higher revenue by monitoring collection of individual projects receivable on time.
Strategize to grow business and identify opportunities for future services, acquisitions and tie-ups and compliance with Indian tax regulations.

8. Coordinate with Corporate Marketing/Product Development team (HQ) to create any strategic partnerships, alliances and bundles that ensure products are highly visible, properly positioned and referenced.

9. Overall responsible for realizing target in terms of sales, price management, profit management
