• Design, implement and lead multiple initiatives to achieve the company’s Business Excellence objectives aligned to company vision, mission and values.
• Develop and manage corporate strategy in order to deliver continual improvements in organizational performance.
• Manage all aspects related to maintenance of certifications under Integrated Management System (IMS) - ISO 9001:2008 QMS, RC 14001:2008 Responsible Care Management System, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
• Coordinated the planning and execution of IMS internal audit program and follow up for corrective actions and close-out of non conformity reports (NCR). Interface with external auditors ensuring completion of audits with zero NCRs.
• Manage all activities related to Total Quality Management (TQM), Business Excellence and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to deliver predefined improvement criteria.
• Provide direction and control to cross-functional teams implementing continuous improvement initiatives including Six Sigma projects.
• Coordinate identification of training needs across all levels in the company and implement annual training and development calendar.
