Responsibilities:
Understand the business requirements and identified gaps in different processes and implemented process improvement initiatives across the business

Successfully designed a very complicated leaves workflow for Syriatel related companies.

Give training sessions for Syriatel employees on Autoid system for 16 hours for 8 sessions.

Responsibilities :

Technical support for an attendance and salary system called AUTOID using SQL/PLSQL programming language.

Finger and hand attendance machines maintenance.

Achievements :
Supervised and solved: Restoring the database from Oracle DBF’s.

Learning and practising on PLSQL programming and use it to help development team on solving some problems like (using greater and least methods with
numbers, give some ideas for solving the problem like using views instead of new tables).
