-Audit the systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
-Work on and test and inspect Gas/Motor operated valves
-Work on the communication side of the project by doing telephony connection in Saudi Aramco communication Buildings
-Work on RTU “Remote Terminal Unit” and test their connections
-Operate loop checks for the gas valve station as per Aramco standard requirements
- Review and initiate PO “Purchase Order” and MR “Material Requirements”
- Co-ordinate with SAPMT to ensure proper quality works are to be in place.
- Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work
according to quality requirements.
- Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
- Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.
- Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
- Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance
- Work with internal teams to increase project management team satisfaction by improving the quality of the work
-Performed project inspection, surveillance, and monitoring for the ongoing contractor’s activities and witnessed those installations carried out by the contractor, especially during the testing and pre-commissioning phase of the projects.
- Ensuing all test equipment is calibrated and has valid calibration certificated prior to being used for conducting testing.
- Carry out daily site surveillance to ensure that all the electrical activities are in accordance with quality standard procedure.
- Co-ordinate with SAPMT to ensure proper quality works are to be in place.
- Issued logbook entry/NCR and verify corrective action report for acceptance, an inspection of works/reworks under
