JOB DESCRIBTION:
• Championed product line internally and in the marketplace, creating an invigorating atmosphere and environment of pride.
• Accurately predicted consumer wants and needs consistently with 100% positive response rate over duration of employment.
• Profit and Loss control responsibility.
• Developed packaging and merchandising displays and promotional plans to support new and existing products.
• Conducted comprehensive competitive analysis, recommending adjustments to company initiatives in response to market trends ensuring company continued to maintain competitive edge.
• Spearheaded development of media initiatives and advertising, creating budgets and overall marketing plans. Pitch presentations to upper management and administer and oversee project from beginning to end.
• Controlling costs in-line with department objectives and business plans.
• Utilising all resources cost effectively.
• Collaborated with marketing and sales team to create compelling and engaging sales support material to enhance sell-in and pull-through of products and promotions.
• Design, implement and facilitate an effective local marketing strategy.
Duties: \n• Responsible for selling and marketing of cosmetics, food supplement and health care products \n• Performs one-on-one meetings with pharmacist, doctors, and nurses \n• Monitors the supply of drugs as well as inform doctors, pharmacist and nurses of the forthcoming changes \n• Introduces new products of the organization \n• Visits hospitals to meet with doctors to persuade them to purchase the products \n• Compiles data on requirement and supplies products required by customers
Duties: \n• Arranges appointments with medical professionals like doctors and pharmacists to spread awareness about the drugs and medicines of the organization \n• Maintains good relationship with nurses and doctors as well as develops contacts with people in the medical world \n• Educates the advantages of drugs of the organization to doctors and other medical professionals \n• Organize conferences and studies data to describe new products and develop sales approach \n• Maintains up to date knowledge on latest development in the field of medicine \n• Sells medical products and performs other tasks as required
