Handling all type of leaves (approve- reject request) to ensure compliance with approved leaves policy.- Assisting employees in explaining and solving issues to their leaves, prepare the entire document for long sick leave certificate attestation to get the approval from HAAD.
• Assisting employees by providing guidance and solution to leaves issues.
• Providing employees leaves record to employee relation for Probation period process and final clearance process.
• Handling encashment process including review and follow up with line managers for pending leaves, approve the encashment request, work with encashment report and provide the encashment budget for finance department.
• Capture employees attendance including following up to apply for the leaves and provide the required information and reports in employees attendance.
• Responsible for being the focal point to ICT and provide requirements for Employee Services process SAP automation to enhance the existing process and reach employee satisfaction.
Liaise with internal communication for any announcements that related leave carryover process, leave encashment and HRMS changes.
• Reviewing and recommending changes to HR policy & procedures from the best practices in benchmarking that can develop and enhance our policy.
• Preparing the candidates list after receiving the nominated employees from their respective departments with their full details.
• Coordinating with Stakeholders Interface Management (SIM) to contact GSEC and the Army.
• Coordinating with Stakeholders Interface Management (SIM) to send it to GSEC/UAENSR.
• Coordinating with UAENSR for any emergency or issue may arise with the employees regarding the military service.
• Preparing any reports as requested from internal or external stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication both internally and externally in order to build and nurture mutual beneficial working relationships.
