1) Making mechanical shop drawings as well as As Built drawings
2) Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervision and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
3) Undertaking quantities surveys.
4) Prepare material submittal with compliance sheet with specs for material approval
5) Request quotations from suppliers for projects pricing
6) Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available and checking that it's will be achieved project specs.
7) Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
8) Preparing all transmitted document
9) planning to execute of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works with services and trades
10) Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
1) Follow up mechanical works in the site for (Drainage & Water system, Heating system, Firefighting system, Irrigation system, Gas system, Water treatments, Ducts Works, Ventilation system and AC systems).
2) Monitor and report progress of works on a regular basis - daily / monthly.
3) Ensure mechanical works are carried out in accordance with project construction specifications and procedures.
4) Review mechanical shop drawings and material submittals for approval, attend weekly meeting and coordinate with owner representative and others.
5) Writing correspondence (E-mail) with the owner and his representative and contractor.
6) Oversee the site work and material delivery undertaking quantities surveys and write Site instructions. (SI's) and Noncompliance report (NCR’s).
7) Review and auditing invoices.
8) Solve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time.
9) Making any modification on mechanical systems according to updated layouts.
