Sales and clinical support to all Hospitals and Health Service providers in the Western Zone including all remote areas from North to South of Saudi Arabia.
Ensuring the successful completion of the entire sales cycle, starting with initiating customer visit calls, moving on to obtaining request orders and securing purchase orders from the purchasing departments, to finally delivering the product and ensuring good after-sales services.
Promoting the company as a full services solution to our customers.
Review market analyses to determine customer needs and market potential.
Develop sales campaigns to accommodate goals specified by the company.
Develop and implement the territory business plan which is aligned to and consistent with marketing and
account management strategies and tactics.
Attend cases in customer accounts and advises physicians on clinical attributes / techniques associated with our full solution products.
Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms. Provide supplemental training support during product launches.
Achievements
Attended more than 400 OR cases which includes (Cath Lab, Cardiac, ENT, Spine, Ortho, Neuro, Breast, Plastic, and GS).
Achieved the set target 113 % in 2018 & 112% in 2019.
Sales and technical support to all Hospitals and Health Service providers in the Eastern Zone.
Organize training sessions and courses to physicians and technicians.
Delivering customer service after sales.
Participating in and organizing local medical events.

Repairs, installs, maintains, calibrates, and inspects medical equipment and instrumentation, including life support equipment.
Performs preventative maintenance and electrical safety testing of clinical equipment, devices and systems.
Diagnoses and corrects system and equipment malfunctions.
Maintains documentation on new equipment, inspections, and equipment repairs and failures.
Assists with the evaluation of third-party vendors.
Reviews outcomes of preventative maintenance actions and makes recommendations to department staff concerning improvement.
