previous violations, saving the company $2 million in related costs.
HR Transformation and Automation: Played a pivotal role in the automation of the HR Transformation project
under the THINK initiative, enhancing operational efficiency and response times.
Government Relations: Built and maintained strong relationships with MOL and other governmental bodies,
ensuring smooth business operations and high company rankings on the Qiwa website.
Policy Development and Implementation: Updated and recommended HR policies as per KSA MOL updates,
ensuring 100% compliance and effective communication across the business units.
Employee Relations and Grievance Handling: Expertly managed employee grievances, ensuring amicable
settlements and maintaining a positive work environment.
Team Leadership and Development: Led and developed HR and Admin teams, fostering skill development and
preparing them for advanced roles.

Recruitment and Talent Management: Supervised local talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with HRDF funding
and Saudization requirements.
