-Responsible for each intake.
-Assist and support the management for any events at college.
-Responsible for all service in the college for the teachers and trainees.
-Assist students and other members of college community to access Student Support Services.
-Production of documents and reports etc using the full Microsoft office Applications.
-Provide administrative support to students’ services team as required including the administration of the application system to support the student services management.
-Assist in production of management reports related to the work of student services and feeding back to college management team.
- Deal with general enquires from applicants, families, staff and auditors including email & telephone enquiries.
-Check and process students’ records, including data validation, input and filing.
• Treated with customers and negotiate with them.
• Received customers and sold them gold.
• Receive customer’s calls and orders.
• Forecast and track key account metrics
