- المتابعه على جميع الشاحنات وسيارات الشركه ووضع لها نظام متابعه
- وضع جدول صيانه لكل سياره
- متابعه خط الانتاج من حيث التوقفات
- وضع نظام للصيانه الوقائيه ومتابعته مع الموظفين
- وضع جدول لكل معده للصيانه الوقائيه وللصيانه الدوريه
• Leading the crew to deliver targets in areas of Safety, quality and production.
• Participating in Gap analysis activities of production lines to improve line Process Reliability and reduce number of stops.
• Leading the problem solving methods on team level (Intervention Reports).
• Participating in advanced problem solving method for chronic issues in packaging line (UPS).
• Assigned to USA for Training/Working on machines and discovering/Solving the problems for one month.
• Assigned to Italy for one month to work on Vendor Acceptance Test (VAT) for all company machines and discover machines problems to be solved before transporting them to our company at Saudi Arabia.
• Assigned on working of Integration for global line at Belgium for three months.
• Applying the Integration line set-up for new production line to test, discover and clean inspect lubrication (CIL) before starting producing.
• Leading the session for trained employees who involved in production line and they can lead the machine for producing with high performance.
