Lead and advice mainly on Project Finance\PPP projects during bidding, construction and operation phases. In addition to the legal PPP workstream, I am in charge of drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of legal corporate, investment and commercial agreements.
• Report to the Chief Executive Officer.
• Review and negotiate on EPC Agreement, O&M Agreement, SPA, Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Joint Development Agreements and other investment agreements.
• Provide professional legal advice for all departments and projects.
• Provide accurate and timely legal advice for a wide range of investment, corporate, commercial, project finance and financial and legislative requirements.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and projects agreements.
• Handle legal requirements of foreign investment.
• Mange and handle all courts, arbitration and mediation disputes.
• Advise on legal matters and legislation updates impacting business in KSA and any other legal matters as per business needs.
• Manage all external legal advisors and legal services.
Acting PPP Director, Dec 2022 to May 2022
Due to the extensive experience in PPP, I was assigned as Acting PPP Director to lead and handle following:
• Oversee the company investments in projects.
• Lead, negotiate, manage and submit a bid of transmission pipeline project worth SAR 2, 2 billion,
• Lead, negotiate, manage a bid of strategic reservoir project worth SAR 2 billion, and
• Represent the company in different committees.

Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of various legal documents, corporate, project and commercial agreements. Mange legally support and advice on legal issues to 24 subsidiaries of Vison Invest.
• Report to the Chief Legal Office
• Oversee, manage and lead on corporate and commercial transactions and represents Vison Invest and its subsidiaries in legal matters with stakeholders.
• Thoroughly engage and mange in a wide range of complex PPP project, corporate and commercial agreements including drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing agreements such as FIDIC Silver and Red book, EPC Agreement, O&M Agreement, FM Agreement, SPA, Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Joint Development Agreements.
• Heavily engaged with the finance team and investment team to achieve transactions and commercial financial close.
• Construction experience in variety of business sectors such as real estate development with Armco, Aviation with GACA, water projects with NWC.
• Mange and advice on arbitration and litigation cases.
