o Logistics Operations and Continuous Improvement: Liaise with Marine Transportation, Operating
Company and ports, as requested and in support of Time Charter, in case of delays vs. schedule and
review daily operational reports. Escalate issues and identify root cause for repeated issues IN
ORDER TO improve performance.
o Finance Management & Governance: Support in the review of performance, revision of operating
plans to minimize variance, analysis of audit reports of financial statements, and liaise with Finance
for reporting compliance and Cash Management IN ORDER TO meet financial targets within
corporate governance norms.
o Supplier Relationship Management: Provide support in the preparation of annual plan for the
operating and technical service operators IN ORDER TO ensure that vendors can deliver at or above
expectations.
o Annual Business Planning: Support the review of current year logistics plan and previous year
performance as required. Seek approval from SC Execution - L3 and the Board of ISTC IN ORDER TO
meet annual capacity and cost targets.
o Contracts Negotiation: Support Time Charter - L4, as required, in the negotiation of terms and
conditions of contracts with all suppliers and in the drafting of contracts IN ORDER TO ensure that
the interests of SABIC and ISTC are protected in all agreements.
o Oversee Commercial Operations: Oversee processes including vessel nomination, production of
invoices, production of documentation, monitoring load and unload voyage operations, and
plan/arrange fuel requirements IN ORDER TO promote efficient function of time charter activities.
o Coordinate Technical Operations of Ships: Oversee and coordinate with service providers regarding
technical operation of ships (i.e. crew selection, administration, maintenance, provision of services,
contracting insurance, ensuring validity of certificates and inspections, and surveyors appointment)
IN ORDER TO maintain high standards of time charter owned and leased vessels operation.

Marine Transportation-Execution & Monitoring Section.
o Responsible for all issues that related to vessels movements such as loading, discharging, cost
calculation and tanks contamination.
o Execute all shipping related duties for shipments to overseas.
o Mentoring the Inbound deliveries.
o Coordinate with loading port to reducing the demurrage cost.
o Responsible for GAS shipments planning and scheduling such as Ethylene, Propylene, Butadiene.
