Monitoring and controlling project execution for facilities expansions.
Ensure excellent customer experience and quality service delivery.
Preparing periodic reports and updates regarding the function's activities, statistics and performance, preparing the RFPs and technical evaluations.
Creating policies, procedures, and methods and tools that align with objectives and help to ensure that the function runs smoothly and efficiently. This can include identifying areas for improvement or optimization, as well as monitoring the effectiveness of existing policies and procedures to determine when updates or changes may be needed.
People Division-Facilities Management
Receives requests for building or equipment maintenance.
Manages the daily operations of the facility's activities, including administrative and clerical tasks.
Places orders for supplies and equipment.
Performs routine inspections of ofce or building space.
Maintains records of maintenance and other facilities activity.
Assists in coordinating and organizing special events for the company.
Undertakes other assignments, special projects or duties as required.
Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity.
Contribute to the identication of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.

Job Responsibilities - Functional Facilities Management
• Day to day supervision of hard and soft services
• Conduct inspections for all the assets
• Monitor and measure contractor performance, outputs, KPIs
• Communicate with various stakeholders
• Conduct verification inspections of completed works
• Coordinate and prioritize works (OPEX and CAPEX)
• Ensure all activities performed comply with local laws, statutory regulations and relevant codes
• Monitor daily service request and escalations
• Prepare scope of works and conduct technical review of proposals
• Prepare various reports as directed by management
• Provide site specific inductions and approvals of safe work method statements and/or work permits
• Liaise with authorities and management as and when required.

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
• Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.
