Involved in the physical protection of civilians through high visibility
patrols, which are conducted in collaboration with the military and
civilian components in and around camps.
Reported to the Sudanese government on threats against civilians and
attacks on refugee camps by insurgents.
Facilitated humanitarian assistance and the safety and security of
humanitarian personnel.
Identified and reported threats and attacks against civilians to the
Government of Sudan.
Trained Community Policing Volunteers and Community Safety
Committees on community policing and human rights.
Pursuance and verify the implementation of the agreements
Contributed to the promotion of human rights and the rule of law.
Monitored and reported on the situation along the border with Chad
and the Central African Republic.
