Main Roles and Duties in Expertpath Projects:
Evaluate the investment opportunities through specific methodology, as well as analyze data to determine the needs of investment(forecasting), also to prepare feasibility studies and suggest new ideas of tourism development businesses as a team leader (Tourism Investment Map Project at the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Heritage).
Advise and support senior managers with statistics, reports, and presentations, as well as participate in issuing Municipal Fees bylaw after careful review and technical judgment, also monitor and follow up on project progress in comparison with the project plan and budget, identify deviations and recommend corrective action throughout whole the KSA municipals (Revenues Development Project at Ministry of Municipality and Rural Affairs /Vision 2030).
Establish corporate social responsibility Strategic Unit by conduct knowledge transfer program about the concept of social responsibility with the company high-level managers and shareholders to create the optimized deliverables of; Strategic Plan, Operating Model, Templates, Evaluation Matrices and Questionnaire ( Hail Cement Company Project).
Develop company strategy initiatives; update and improve the organization structure, job descriptions, general processes, and procedures. (Total Development Project at Hamad Bin Saedan Real Estate Company).
Create the process map of registration and qualification system via Oracle for multi-sectors; suppliers, manufacturers, consultants and contractors to enter for projects bidding (Support Services Project at National Water Company).
Create business process reengineering analysis with MS Visio charts in presenting (As Is and To Be Process Map) in network sector for all functions in mobile, fixed and shared services streams at Quality Management Department (SAP System Implementation Project at Saudi Telecom Company “STC”).
Prepare all requirements of customer requested products, such as bill of materials (BOM), special features and technical forms.
Prepare sheet metal design and drawings for customized products.
Coordinate with CNC programming department. and production department as needed.
Prepare technical templates and guidelines for labors and storekeepers.
Getting feedback from the sales department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop the procedures and service level agreements within the department and stakeholder in the factory.
Improve the Quality Assurance in the department by standard processes and templates used in the production.
Achieving additional savings in assets management and recycling through reusing defective parts and products (200 K USD / Year).
