Retail Sales & Marketing Manager, responsible of sales targets and customer service transactions and overall branch operations and communications.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products.
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, placing print orders, and system troubleshooting.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
- Issuing all company’s services and ensure contracts are archived correctly.
- Communicating with customers professionally and absorb anger of unsatisfied ones.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Responsible of the cash in hand of sales, bill payments and deposits.
- Opening / Closing shifts with no financial mistakes or any loss of stock items.
