- Making a quotations and obtained for managers approvals.
- Opining customer orders after receiving customer purchasing orders.
- Requesting of spare parts against customer orders from different warehouses.
- Scheduling customer deliveries.
- Maintaining all required records and procedure as ISO 9001-2008 Quality management systems requirements.
- Maintaining customers’ needs and satisfaction.
- Negotiate with customers and suppliers to finalize the orders.
- Identify ordered parts for customer by using equipment catalogs.
- Contacting sponsors for pricing and for further clarifications.

- Receiving customer inquiries and orders for service.
- Making a costing sheets, quotations and obtained for managers approvals.
- Opining service cards after receiving customer orders.
- Requesting of spare parts and external services.
- Scheduling technicians visit to customer site for service and arranging the required document and approvals to access customer site.
- Maintaining all required records and procedure as ISO 9001-2008 Quality management systems requirements.
- Maintaining customers’ needs and satisfaction.
- Negotiate with customers and suppliers to finalize the orders.
- Maintaining the cash float to supplying the consumables materials and local service.

Receiving customers, phone calls and emails, and forward it to concerned person or department. And maintaining visitor record.

Attending all the issues related to Govt. Like police, passport, traffic police, site issues with the client and issuing all the gate passes, material gate passes. Translating from English to Arabic during meeting and talks etc.

Salesman Assistant, Selling perfumes, Oud and arranging the shop racks. And do the yearly inventory.
