Talent Management & Succession Planning:
• Responsible for designing Talent Management frameworks for effectively rolling out the solutions for assessment, career development and movements.
• Design a yearly Succession Planning for the Group Companies.
• Meet managers to collect the talent reviews data.
• Analyze and present the Talent Management Reviews and the Succession Planning Reports to the company heads.
• Design IDPs for high potential and high performance employees in the talent pool.
Performance Management:
• Help managers to design new KPIs, audit and compile, roll out as per the performance calendar
• Help managers to design Job Descriptions for their subordinates.
Training & Development:
• Conduct a training needs analysis and build plans with the L&D function to bridge the same.
• Deliver workshops on Zamil Group Core Values.
• Facilitate a complete orientation program.
• Facilitate and administer in-house training.
HR Metrics & Surveys Analysis:
• Consolidate and analyze the HR Metrics for all the group companies.
• Collaborate and Coordinate for the employee engagement survey.
• Analyze and present results of HR Metrics & Employee Engagement Survey.
• Devise and lead initiatives to address local issues.
• Responsible for the HR Dashboard at the Balanced Score Card Reporting.
Talent Acquisition:
• Conduct online and/or face-to-face interview with the shortlisted candidates.
• Conduct exit interviews for employees who resign from the company.
• Conduct stay interviews for top rated employees in the talent pool.
• Manage the participation in Job Fairs representing the Group Companies.
• Administer Occupational Personality Questionnaire to the selected candidates.
• Administer the Individual Orientation Plan for the employees.
HR Policies & Operations:
• Provide guidelines to employee queries on HR Policies and Procedures.
• Framing, documentation and implementation of various policies.
Employee Engagement:
• Develop and manage employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Coordinate with external companies for corporate rate and offers to employees.
• Source candidates using the in-house database and other job portals.
• Process Personnel Requisition Forms (PRF) and checks whether the position requested is as per the Department's Manpower Plan.
• Administer Occupational Personality Questionnaire to the selected candidates.
• Prepare and issues certificates of employment, job offers, contracts and all documents requested by employees.
