Posting business transaction, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining account payable records
provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligation of organization
maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables

practice effective monitoring to ensure payment are made to vendors in a timely manner

support the month end close process
audit, process and pay vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner
resolve AP and AR problems with vendors and customers
collect, categorize, calculate, verify and enter data to maintain accurate records
record and process employee expense reports and reconcile credit card statements
cash management and reconciliation
Account payable Junior:
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
