Main Responsibilities: Responsible to achieve the assigned sales goals. Responsible to sell assigned product lines to targeted customers in targeted market areas. Optimize sales volume, product mix and profit margin, while increasing sales in the marketplace. Manage all aspects of the customer relationship, providing sales and technical assistance to local distributors, customers, end users, and specifiers. Ensure accurate timely planning quotation, and technical support during biding and buying stage of the projects.
Performed technical support for the end-users in live tracking services. Conducted training sessions at client sites and online, Troubleshoot and configure the GPS tracking device. Prepared user manuals and technical support solutions for the customers. Performed presentations of the technical issues for customers. Issued technical summary reports for the clients and end users.
Duration: Total one year (7 months as a full time and 5 months as a part time).
Department: GE Power - Fulfilment Department.
Main Task: Fulfilling the customer demand of manpower & tools such as field engineers.
Main Responsibilities: Dealing with customers, initiating internal and external purchase orders, and
following up with resource manager to assign the right manpower and equipment for the resource team.
Main Project: Gas Turbine & Generator major inspection project in one of Aramco’s power plant for
one month. The activates include generator insulation test by Megger device, visual inspection by device
called Miniature Air Gap Inspection Crawler or MAGIC, partial discharge test and rotor tightness test.
Fresh Graduate from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals as Electrical Engineer Achievement: Elected by the university for international visit to France | 2015.
