Highlights:

Responsibilities:
• Accountable for training the employees of the Ministry of National Guard in the field of IT and security.
• Supervise the establishment, processing, management &maintenance of laboratory equipment in the training building.
• Manage display devices and their content inside the training building.
• Member of the Technical Studies Committee regarding training needs of equipment and software.
• Member of the Training Plan Preparation Committee.
• Member of the Training Curriculum Preparation Committee.
• Monitor and ensure the smooth running of IT operations in the company, including user support, IT systems, servers, communications, and connectivity.
• Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs, identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to the senior management.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers & scanners, and provide daily operations and systems support to personnel.
• Teach and guide IT staff to use various computer languages and specialist applications; supervise the scheduling of training programs while remaining flexible to new training demands.
• Diagnose and fix network/system faults, oversee the security of all systems and install anti-virus protection; administer and manage network security, email security and antivirus.
• Assess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and possible upgrades or improvements.
• Ensure that the backup systems and disaster recovery system are reliable as well as ensure reliability, availability and security of IT systems through adequate systems and controls.
• Manage security and maintain physical site security, login control, restrict access to data in files and report security problems; ensure security through access controls and permissions to apply the highest standards of global security.
• Render training to information security personnel during onboarding; provideinformation security awareness training to ensure consistently high levels of compliance with enterprise security policies.
