MAIN TASKS
1. REPRESENTATION AT FIELD LEVEL
Representation of HI’s Physical and functional Rehabilitation approach within the project within all kind of coordination meetings (Government meetings, clusters, working group, as relevant) when needed
Representation of HI towards local authorities and local associations upon request
Report any relevant information and analysis related to Physical and functional rehabilitation to relevant stakeholders
Identifying possible partners in needs of Physical and functional Rehabilitation capacity building support
Ensuring coordination and coherence of our intervention amongst local and international actors, avoiding duplication and promoting complementarities
2. SUPPORT SERVICES COORDINATION AT FIELD LEVEL
Respect compliance with logistic, admin and HR processes
Anticipate the logistics needs and communicate to the Project Officer or, in his/her absence, the Project Manager: supply and services, movements plan
3. STRATEGY
Prepare a capacity building strategy for HI staff, partners and targeted health facilities with exit strategy
4. REPORTING
Collecting relevant data on activities done in compliance with M&E tools (attendance sheets for trainings, Training database, pictures training activities and training report etc.)
Conduct post training evaluation and developed training evaluation report
Reporting weekly to Project officer or, in his/her absence, the Project Manager, about activities done (trainings, On the job coaching etc.) in compliance with M&E tools
Participate to the capitalization of tools developed during the project
Provide a handover/end of mission report
