* Managing all the Export sales and its future development in order to secure larger market share globally
* Review the best strategical approaches in the export offers
* Analyze the export market by regions, demands, price levels, competitors, and solve all the obstacles
* Develops business strategies and opportunities starting from its identification, analyze potential, prepares the business plan, establishes
contacts supporting local & international network and determines required resources for the various projects. Liaises with all internal
departments involved, carries out negotiations and field research, supervise the required legal drafts, and reaches final agreements, until
delivery of the agreed business opportunity to the line manager for execution.
* Analyze the targeted investment financial aspect considering the free cash flow, dividend, expansion area, return of investment, IRR, net
present value, etc.
