 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): analyzing and implementing appropriate (ERP) model for HR department. This includes building business rules, developing appropriate policies & procedures manual, modifying existing department structure, and identifying the suitable key performance indicators (KPIs).
 HR Solutions: recognize business needs & select the appropriate project(s) to suit business needs & business capabilities. These projects, I used to work with, includes (not limited to), performance management system, Job Grading Structuring, Job Analysis & Evaluation (HAY Group methodology), and Building & implementing Compensation & Benefits framework.

 Participate in a development project of a performance based rewarding system & incentive scheme. This system balance the manpower cost versus performance, and monitor the overall performance management system, and develop the competency based individual development plans.

 Develop & implement 360° assessment for municipality steering committee board members. This includes designing statistical & mathematical methodologies to create measurement criteria, and combine these criteria with the standard leadership competency framework for analysis purposes.
 Align internal and external efforts of the consultant team to achieve the HR development project objectives.
