Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): analyzing and implementing appropriate (ERP) model for HR department. This includes building business rules, developing appropriate policies & procedures manual, modifying existing department structure, and identifying the suitable key performance indicators (KPIs).
HR Solutions: recognize business needs & select the appropriate project(s) to suit business needs & business capabilities. These projects, I used to work with, includes (not limited to), performance management system, Job Grading Structuring, Job Analysis & Evaluation (HAY Group methodology), and Building & implementing Compensation & Benefits framework.
Participate in a development project of a performance based rewarding system & incentive scheme. This system balance the manpower cost versus performance, and monitor the overall performance management system, and develop the competency based individual development plans.
Participate in developing HR strategic objectives & Balance Scorecard BSC. And implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure & evaluate HR performance, and assure that all HR activities are focus on and driven by the purpose of the business.
Develop & implement 360° assessment for municipality steering committee board members. This includes designing statistical & mathematical methodologies to create measurement criteria, and combine these criteria with the standard leadership competency framework for analysis purposes.
Align internal and external efforts of the consultant team to achieve the HR development project objectives.
