I have a wide experience in working for famous international NGOs, local NGOs and local partners such as ZOA International, European Union (EU), CARE International and Yemen Red Crescent Society (YRCS) for more than 7 years in fields of Projects Management, FSL, WASH, H&N, Emergency & Disasters, and logistics and I was selected in different positions as Programme/Project Assistant, FSL Officer, Activity Coordinator and Acting Area Coordinator.
I have experience in identifying and engagement of active partners, conducting partners’ capacity assessments, contracting and capacity building (CB) with partners, as well as good understanding of the different stages of a partnership including preparing for partnership, setting up a partnership, managing a partnership, working with local partners and existing or closing down a partnership.
I have excellent experience in projects management, WASH, FSL, H&N sectors and have deep knowledge of project cycle management, including needs assessments, formulation of concept notes, proposals and budget. Also, I have professional skills in preparing project detailed implementation plans, procurement plans, MEAL plans, Project Risk and mitigation plans, and Log frame, as well as preparing quality monthly, quarterly, annual technical and financial reports for donors. In addition, I have experience in monitoring the achievement of results and indicators based on the logical framework. Moreover, experience in budget forecasting, budget tracking, monitoring and controlling, and in expenditure management. Besides, staff management, coaching and supervising. I have experience in identifying and tracking programme indicators, results and targeting in integrated way, and Experience in implementing safe programming and sustainable exit strategies.
I have good knowledge and experience in humanitarian principles, sphere standards, Project Cycle Management, CAV standards and guidelines, Disaster Risk Reduction, code of conduct, safeguarding, gender and protection mainstreaming. Besides, I have good knowledge of accountability with all stakeholders, monitoring, evaluation and feedback and complaints mechanisms. Also, I have experience and skills in coordination and working with local partners, local authorities, community leaders, Stakeholders, local partners and other NGOs. Also, I am excellent at using a computer and fluent in oral and written English, and in communication skills in both English and Arabic Languages and I am extremely flexible, adaptive, self-motivated, result-focus, punctual, problem solving, interpersonal, field oriented, team leader, and have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Also, I have the ability to cope with stressful situations.
