Architecture Engagement for a prominent entity under the Ministry of Finance’s umbrella.
• Achieved SAR 120K cost reduction by mitigating system duplications and scope redundancies through
reviewing over 8 technical RFPs as part of the EA operational activities.
• Developed a 500+ page system manual for the EA tool (iServer) to serve as a guide for 4 departments
as per each department’s use case.
• Designed iServer system activity workflows to depict operational processes as well as designate the
appropriate RACI matrix for each activity.
