To act as the strategic HR business partner within the assigned business domain (Customer Service, Sales and Network Dept.) in the region, by participating in managing HR processes (recruitment, training, PM, ER…etc.) to ensure that HR decisions and practices are consistently matching with business objectives. Design and leads specific HR projects within both Zain & Partners.

Design and leads specific HR projects within both Zain & Zain's Partners
Handling all Recruitment and employment processes for all technical and support functions.

Creating requisition, Building the selection pool, Interview preparation, Candidate selection, secure approvals, Offering, Recruitment ERP entry and handle legal paperwork
