Produce all types of electrical panels (low voltage range) low tension panel, main switch board, distribution board, trade wiring accessories (VOLEX & CRABTREE), breakers, Isolators & ACB's (Eaton & Hyundai) & light fitting as well (Domino, Adolfo Alba, NVC, Sanli & Lamptan) with own brand (Bravo light).
Job Role/Department: Management
- Fulfill the requirements of all departments & maintain the work process without any disturbance.
- Improve & enhance the productivity in the company by conducting (R&D & QC).
- Control the consumption of all resources & raw material (breakers, MCB, MCCB, steel sheets, powder paint & etc.) as well with solving any problem related to shortage of martial by arranging the missing RM & improve the performance.
- Produce all types of LTP, MSB, SMSB & DB, light fittings with accessories & trade the wiring accessories & breakers with Isolators s well (ACB).
- Prepare the annual budget & maintain the yearly target & reduce the production cost through increasing the productivity & find alternative sources of RM.
- Follow the interior instruction & workflow of the company & conduct ISO system.
Research & Accomplishments:
- Firefighting system, re-correct the company’s registration, pest rodent control, new CNC “Salvagnini” machine & camp.
Conduct production activities for chemical products (detergents raw material, solvents, HDD & many other chemicals as well) & operate overall the operations in the factory.
- Control the production if the chemicals (detergents) in the factory as per the standard technical recipe.
- Monitor the RM consumption by applying minimum stock system with coordination with production process.
- Supervise the machineries of production line & keep them running in good condition by maintain preventive & corrective maintenance.
- Follow up the level of the finish product & ensure the stock availability in stores.
- Control the production cost of the finish product by increasing the productivity & find alternative RM to compete in the market with other products.
- Make R&D for the existing recipes, inspire & innovate new products with new recipes to guarantee the variety.
Research & Accomplishments:
- Install new detergent production line, restructure the company, lunch new products & enhance the sales.
Execute all types of electrical contracting work, projects, trade marks for all types of electrical fitting & Manufacturing & production all kinds of light fixtures as per requirement & market international brands of light fitting (Fesnova, Disano, Regilox, Trilox, BJB, VS).
Job Role/Department: Management
- Produce all types of light fittings with accessories, aluminum louvers, matt & mirror type, extruded aluminum frames with machining & manufacturing work.
- Participate in light fitting tenders in all ministries & projects.
- Activate the trading activities by selling light filling to other companies & attract new business & costumers.
- Generate new business & gain new agencies to enhance the sales & open new markets.
- Review the target, forecast the predicted sales plan & achieve the target by controlling the sales activities.
- Maintain budgets with in accepted limits according to yearly plan with control the expenses by minimizing the cost of raw material & spare parts as well & maximizing the productivity with maintaining the yearly target.
- Check spares of light fittings & ensure their availability in stock (minimum stock system).
- Check & repair & production line machineries (cutting machine, pending machine, shear machine, press machine, powder coat machine, spot welding machine & other related machines.
- Follow the interior instruction of workflow in the company, conduct ISO system.
- Improve & enhance the production line & product through (R & D & Q C) departments.
- Check drawing &/or make new drawing & install them in CNC machine to start the cutting & punching process.

- Manufacture new products, increase the company income, and repair the CNC “Trumph” machine & PLC “Truma2000” program.
Manufacturing & production all types of AAC product, light weight material (reinforced & none reinforced), blocks, slabs & lintels in different dimensions & sizes as well.

- Production of reinforced, non-reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) of all types, sizes and supplementary material for construction.
- Monitored the erection process of the factories, & machines installation according to drawings & plans, moreover provide technical support for running factories in GCC region (member of technical committee).
- Commissioning & cold start of new plants with check up the production line to run smoothly without any complications, supported with required reports.
- Checked the progress of the work with contractors & building time to meet with required target.
- Checked possibility of converting the machineries work process & make automation system to enhance the productivity through proper maintenance of the casting tower, procuring, cutting station, autoclaving & packing line as well.
