As Community Center Coordinator, I spearheaded eforts to maximize the impact of the centers services on the community. I developed comprehensive intervention plans by conducting focus groups to identify specific needs within the centers catchment areas. I fostered collaboration between diferent departments, ensuring a holistic approach to service delivery.

Directed vocational training initiatives by developing comprehensive training plans through market analysis, identifying training needs, and recruiting suitable trainers. I coordinated with trainers, selected trainees based on specified criteria, and meticulously monitored daily training activities. I ensured seamless communication with trainers and trainees to keep abreast of course dates and prepared regular reports on training progress. Additionally, I played a key role in identifying requirements for toolkits and microfinance projects, conducted beneficiary interviews, and diligently followed up on their progress, contributing to the projects success.

As General Supervisor of the Jood Association, I led eforts to align team goals with the associations vision and plans. I organized workflow, established performance benchmarks and deadlines, and efectively communicated responsibilities to volunteers through initiatives and projects, ensuring a clear understanding of duties. I monitored volunteer productivity, implemented constructive feedback and coaching when necessary, and contributed to enhanced team performance.

I am passionate about education and have dedicated a year to teaching English
to both school and university students. I am adept at tailoring my teaching style to diferent learning levels and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
