Advising clients on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters including corporate structuring and company formations, share transfers, sale of business assets, commercial agency and distribution, and company secretarial, within sectors such as healthcare, oil & gas, and manufacturing. In addition, working closely with the Dispute Resolution department with regards to litigious matters, including preparation of briefs, attending hearings before a wide range of the KSA courts, and negotiating and finalizing settlements.
Working closely with retail and corporate clients with regards to:
• General customer/client liaison
• Opening and closing of bank accounts.
• Marketing and selling personal and real estate loans to customers/clients.
• Account management related to deposits, transfers, withdrawals etc.
• Client outreach.
