 First-line technical support, Installing and Servicing on Radiology, Cardiology,
Ophthalmology, Urology, and Physiotherapy Divisions.
 Troubleshooting & maintain problems.
 Scheduling & Preforming PPM (Periodic Preventive Maintenance).
 Securing service contracts with Government and Privet Sectors. Making sure to achieve a
target by the end of the year (e.g. achieved 3.4M SR on 2018, 2M SR for 2020).
 Give presentation and train to biomedical department for how to maintain and understand a
medical machine. Try to support end-user to how to use the machine.
 Put plan and schedule for every month and prepare the needs for the items, papers and tools.
