Working on the four plants (UGP, SdGP, HwGP, and HdGP) hydraulic simulation study report for the TGT pipelines from SRUs trains to the third-party facilities. - Working on HGP utility assessment study report.
Working including: - Study different options for the TGT pipelines tie-in points for each SRU train. - Prepare the line sizing hydraulic study for each line and option. - Using the Honeywell UNISIM R480 version to perform the hydraulic simulation study.
- Prepare the hydraulic simulation study report for each plant. - Reviewing the PFDs and PIDs for plants and collect the required data for the utilities. - requesting the utility FITS plant historical Data. - Prepare the utilities assessment study report.
Responsibility: designing and engineering for GES+ Aramco project and Petro Rabigh Projects.

Worked as lead Process Engineer in Detail Engineering Design for Oil and Gas Wells (Miscellaneous) Assignment included:
vi. Prepare process design basis.
vii. Prepare Process Flow Diagram (PFD).
viii. As-Built and prepare Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID) as per site visit conditions.
ix. Provide requirements as per scope of work (E.g. Designing new remote headers, flow liens, trunk lines with scraping facilities, drain and flare system, provide Venturi Meters on gas flow lines, HIPS and ESD system, H2S/LEL detection system, PCV sizing, and provide Gas lift service network, etc.)
x. Prepare the calculations and reports for relief valve sizing, depressurizing dynamics, and flare radiation calculation.

i. Prepare FEED verification report for process deliverables.
ii. Develop P&IDs and PFDs as pre project scope of work.
iii. Prepare blowdown study report and using HYSYS for depressurizing dynamics and using SNC-LAVALIN in-house flare radiation calculation spread sheet.
• Khurais Al Crude Increment- 300 MBCD, Sea Water Pipeline (48” ADKH-1 LOOP TO KhCPF & 56” JUMP-OVER) (Employer: SLFE) Client: Saudi Aramco
Worked as Process Engineer in Detail Engineering Design of 48” ADKH-1 Loop to KhCPF & 56” Jump-Over between QUAD-1 & QAUD-2 project. Assignment included:
i. Prepare process Design Basis.
ii. Prepare FEED verification report.
iii. Developing Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Line Designation Tables (LDTs).

Worked as a Process Engineer in Front End Engineering Design (FEED) of BI 10-01538 to Replace Five Storage Tanks at Ras-Tanura Refinery. Assignments included:
