• Prepare sales and contribution analysis by customer by channel.
• Contribution analysis by SKU for all products - generate exception reports on monthly performance.
• Sales trend analysis as required.
• Collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting data to increase general sales productivity.
• Analyzing sales as well as performance records and interpreting outcomes of overall sales.
• Drafts limited sales analyzes improvement projects within a unit and introduces new supporting sales analysis process activities.
• Follows up the competition’s commercial activity in the category to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand.
• Work closely with sales fellows to jointly drive optimal plans.
• Ability to construct a strong bottom-up planning at customer/channel level for category/SKUs in term of volume and spend.
Analyse inventory for min/max and buffer stock levels by product by region based on sales and forecast data.
To maintain adequate levels of stock to meet daily distribution demands while minimizing excess supply based on monthly forecast.
• Follow-up with logistics department to obtain advanced shipping notice (ASN) with clear and confirmed shipment arrival date and times to warehouses.
• Follow-up with warehouse to make sure timely offloading and system data entry for inbound shipments.
• Plan optimum levels of stocks in each warehouse based on regional forecast plus safety stock on monthly basis.
• Prepare required Reports On monthly basis and share it with End-user and department manager.
Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information relaying customer services requests.
Any other tasks to complete being assigned time to time.
• Visiting New/Old customers for updating Database Info.
• Planning routes for Salesmen.
• IT Support for the Hand held devices and Printers given to the Salesmen.
• Upgrading firmware for the devices, ERP and online Database.
• Assigning barcodes to customers and visiting them to put them for the customers.
• Successfully completed the project on Customer Survey using Hand Held Device across the kingdom.
Sales and Application of Medical Equipment
