* Representing the owner.
* Ensure availability of complete and accurate contract documents necessary for project
achievement, supervise the review and engineering validations of the Contractors
construction documents, including Material submittals, Shop drawings, Method
statement, Construction Schedule, Progress report, purchase orders, invoices, project
schedules … etc. and ensure compliance to all health and safety policies and participate
in the evaluation of all engineering personnel.
* Preparing and recommending contract modifications.

construction activities and ensure compliance to specifications, Codes, regulations,
standards and construction schedule and prepare all Quality and progress reports.
* Observing project progress for review of contractor applications for payment
* Evaluate all improvement operations and ensure availability of all resources, reasonable
schedule, monitor procurement process, products fabrication or delivery and provide
recommendation for all works and ensure compliance to all timeframe.
* Ensure proper communication with all project parties and perform necessary
coordination with the employer, and Work fairly, efficiently, and swiftly to solve problems
through communication.
* Supervise the project’s handing over process, Inspecting to determine substantial and
final completion readiness and review the snag list items prior to completion sign off.

• Private Aviation Terminal in King Khaled International Airport - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The New Private Aviation Terminal presents several challenges which directly relate to various aspects of the site, existing structures, and an extremely short period of time available before its ultimate construction and full operation.
The project consists of constructing a new private aviation terminal at King Khaled International Airport, including Landscaping work to provide a proper entrance for the VIP Terminal.
• Global Centre for Combating Extremist Ideology, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. A modern and unique establishment that encompasses a state-of-the-art and groundbreaking Command and Control Centre built to aid in the endeavors of surveillance and confrontation of extreme ideologies. The challenge in this project was to re-purpose and transform the existing spaces to serve the new function, change the existing infrastructure, introduce new systems for life safety and security, and enhance the structural and electro-mechanical systems in a very short time.
• Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) - Construction Contract Closeout, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Manage the Construction Closeout Stage for all buildings with a total built-up area of around 3 million Sqm, including 11 academic colleges, 7 medical colleges, Simulation Centre, 1 Research Centre, 300 Patient rooms Medical Center expandable to accommodate 600 beds, Central Library, Administration Buildings, Convention Center, 400 villas, around 1000 apartments for Married senior staff housing, mosques, around 6000 housing for students, Sport Recreation Centers, Data Center, and a service strip consisting of water tanks, chillers, boilers, solar system, sewage treatment plant, warehouses, workshops, and a central main kitchen…. .
