**Studies, check & Reviews Structural Drawings submitted by the contractor for Ministry of Education Schools in kuwait & Headquarters buildings in kuwait As per recommended ACI & BS standards.(using Analysis softwares & Ministry Approved Design Modules).

**In my current position as the Senior Civil/Structural Engineer I am organized to develop and prepare 3D analysis models using Structural Analysis Softwares, designing & detailing based on ACI & BS standards, further prepare 2D construction drawings and sketches for Ministry schools within civil and structural engineering disciplines adhering to the Ministry of public works General specifications and standards (Build contract)

**Reviewing & Approving Structural Drawings for Ministry of Education submitted by consultants (Design Build Contract)

**Reviewing & Approving Structural Drawings for Private schools in kuwait submitted by consultants after the Structural feasibility (New work & Extension works)

**Preparing Bill of Quantities for Build contract of Ministry schools in Kuwait

**Checking the adequacy of the specifications for each projects

**I work closely with other Designers, Drafters, and Engineers to ensure coordinated designs

 organize to prepare statical framing system for residential and commercial structures - Kuwait villas, Auditoriums, Shopping mall

 organize to Analysis & Design Structural 3D models, for all residential and commercials projects

 Execute in house load calculations, Detail Design & drafting of general arrangement of structural drawings completed during the basic engineering phase

 Map clients requirements followed with technical discussion with clients / consultant & preparation of contract in accordance with the specifications / enquiry

 Evaluate design changes & coordinate with technical teams for timely execution of project

 Cad Designing, detailing & supervising construction of structures which covers:
v Detailing & Design of Concrete and steel Structures
v Ensure that the structure has the strength required to perform its functions safely, economically and with a shape and appearance that is visually satisfying

 organize to prepare and define economical designs (Structural related) within the frame-work of statutory regulations for project facilities as per the requirements and specifications

 organize to prepare initial structural drawings and sketches for approval by clients and consultants

 organize to prepare structural load analysis, design calculations and other relevant details for approval

 organize to prepare final set of drawings for submission to statutory authorities for obtaining their approval and as may be required for issuance of building permits

 organize to represent the company and attend meetings in coordination with engineers of statutory authorities for providing technical clarifications, where necessary

 organize to keep abreast with latest rules, guidelines, notifications and by-laws of statutory authorities with respect to allowable construction areas, structural stability, wind loads, and imply the same in future projects

 organize to lead and motivate team of AutoCAD Draughtsman to prepare requisite and relevant drawings for preliminary as well as detailing drawings, General Approval, Shop, As Built and other related drawings, as may be required

 organize to keep abreast to work with all versions of ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAADPRo, AutoCAD, and latest and state-of-the-art software's and guide the other team members accordingly

 organize to keep abreast with latest applicable codes of practice including BIS, ACI and BS standards

 organize to re-check and re-verify drawings prepared by junior staff members
