• Coordinating all functions regarding installing, maintaining and planning projects related to
UPS, OFF/ON Grid inverters, Solar panels
• managing maintenance contracts and coordination with clients and receiving calls
• performing site surveys for new projects/clients, and finding the best solution with suitable
size and product type that meets our clients' needs
• Helping Sales team in pricing /selecting electrical accessories for new projects & Preparing
BOQ with necessary rating and sizing for electrical systems
• Troubleshooting/identifying problems in online UPS up to 2MVA UPS system including
installing and commissioning.
• making necessary modification/upgrade hard/software and configuration for UPS/solar
systems
• Fixing electronic boards and power electronics components replacement for UPS and
electronic devices.
• Troubleshooting and Identifying problems in batteries and DC systems
• Provide coaching and development and training as required
• managing and dividing tasks on technical team
• managing technical procurement and cost reduction
Responsible on leading maintenance team in American University of Beirut of CHSC and
OSB, managing work between technicians and providing technical support for team on site .
Our duties were:
▪ Operating, troubleshooting and maintenance for BMS
▪ Operating and maintenanceabsorption and centrifugal chillers
▪ Electrical and mechanical maintenance for AHUs, VAV and fancoils
▪ Electrical and mechanical maintenance for pumps
▪ General electric maintenance for all electrical circuits "panel boards, lighting, CCTV "
▪ Operating fire panels
▪ Plumbing
▪ Testing Pool and adding chemicals
▪ water treatment
responsible on installing, programming, finalizing, maintaining and handing over automation systems .
Systems may include smart control lighting, shutters, music, CCTV, AC and floor heating via direct
control or via special interfaces .
systems are controlled by Keypads, touch screens, Smart phone/Tablets& accessing to the system
internet via fixed IP/DDNS.
