Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
Maintain open communication with management and audit committee

2/Complies with state and federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; calculating quarterly estimated tax payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filings.
3/Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
Provides financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.
1/Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
2/Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
3/Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
4/Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
