Making the cheque payment voucher
•Record on GP system the cheque payment voucher
•Making the petty cash payment voucher

•Making the vat return report For GAZT and upload it into the GAZT website.
•Making monthly Bank reconciliation.

•Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested.
•Reconcile financial discrepancies & Recommend financial actions by collecting and analyzing account information.
Handling the following responsibilities:
•Help examining company accounts and financial control systems.
•Help checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable.
•Ensuring that assets are safeguarded.
•Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made.
•Preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements.
•Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation, and regulations are correctly followed and complied with.
