•Supervise accounts receivables team in collecting balances.
•Create & Forward sales & marketing based emails to the sales team for them to gather more information.
•Collect & Maintain Daily customer visit reports for all the sales executive in Makkah, Dammam & Riyadh.
•Dealing with kitchen equipment suppliers (HOBART, GIORIK, LACIMBAL, HUPFER… ETC).
•Making quotation in different products
•Editing the drawings as per the client request
