• Work closely with Sales department and help them to prepare new parameters for new product.
• Major findings from service evaluation, complaint handling and customer satisfaction survey in addition to any service initiatives to be presented in a document with recommendation for improvements to be send to department management.
• Communication with management on a weekly basis and follow up on actions taken addressing issues raised.
• Follow up on implementation of action plans suggested on monthly basis.
• Ensure that complaints received are handled in professional and diplomatic manners by employees and fully documented as per procedures.
• Maintaining the company portfolio and updating the same.
• Provide professional and efficient support to the company and contribute to productivity and overall company performance.
