►Reconciling two of our affiliates accounts. Even encoding & processing of all JV’s, PV’s, and reciepts.
►Curruntly handling all net based airlines their stock creation up to payments and other related works.
►To prepare internation and domestics inv. & Credit invoices.
►Checking of sales invoices which sod by credit cards.
►Preparing the statement of commission (Percentage to facilitate the management).
►Incentive to the employees, sales & ticketing staff.
►Maintenance of payment voucher and receipt vouchers on daily basis and passing the journal voucher related to incentive of sales and ticketing staff.
►Reconciling of documentation of issued tickets.
►Assisting in finalization of monthly trading profit.
►Out side all staff proper data preparing.
►Monthly time sheet analysing properly.
►All staff salary sheet checking and sending to the Bank.
