 Establish and implement an efficient project-related document control register and procedures between offices.
 Responsible for logging, generating, distribution, filing, coordination, approval follow-up, monitoring, verification and retrieval of all transmittals and / or materials submitted by the Department to the clients, contractors, suppliers, etc.
 Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly marked in a document/drawing register as per the company policy.
 Supervise and audit of properties projects and head office secretaries and document control works.
 Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
 Managing and constructing all professional engineering documents (Project Control & Quality Control) services.
 Distribute documents according to distribution matrix.
 Participate in Administration and Personnel Departments activities for the project site office staff.
 Efficiently handle all administrative and secretarial duties, for example travel arrangements for the management team.
 Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
Maintenance of the HR system (e.g. Absence tables, security access, diary system, published documents).

 Project document control
 Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
