• Create customer profile on AS400, in case of new customer, to generate customer no. for accounting purpose and update from time to time.
• Initiate fax to obtain customer’s confirmation for rental extension or demobilization of unit prior to due date. Notify customer through fax for any damages, due services or extra hours metered in line to contractual agreement.

• Liaise with HO for insurance of equipments (inventory), approvals for discounts exceeding regional authority, ROP (Rental with Option to Purchase) prices and authorization to sells ex-rental units.
• Check Sales Rep commission in line to Company policy prior to processing.
• Arrange printing of divisional stationery like rental contracts, gate passes, terms and conditions, incoming report, invoices, business cards, letter heads etc.
• Assist Rental Manager in preparing annual divisional budget.
• Successfully carried out the responsibilities of Rental Manager in acting capacity during the vacation of Rental Manager - ER.
