Responsible for data integerity & consistent automated deilvery of reports / dashborads across the Bank

• Major turn-around project for the existing HRMS in terms of functionality & effectiveness
• Analysis of system processes in contrast to user requirements, recommending solutions
• Work closely with business users to implement, test (UAT) and introduce new system features
• Responsible for on-going enhancement activities including performance monitoring and testing
• Ensure disciplined capturing and quality of data in the system
• Maintain and update system integrations when required
• Ensure data accuracy by performing periodic data cleansing.
• Identify system gaps and recommending solutions
• Transforming business requirements into technical deliverables
• Liaise with all associated vendors on the introduction of system features
• Participate in stakeholder cross-functional meetings to resolve system issues
• Development of reports:
- Developing automated periodic reports
- Customized reports based on user requirements using Fast-report
- Generating database reports using SQL Query (MS SQL Server)

System Development:

• Maintaining the backlog for scheduling & HRMS .
• Maintain and update system integrations when required

System Administration:
• Maintaining system configuration and setup
• Provide advice & support to system users on a daily basis
• Identify, categorize and escalate system incidents/errors
• System Documentation.

• Worked closely with users to analyze business requirements.
• Developing new system solutions and deploys it to production environment.
• Automate business processes and ensures data validations and accuracy.
• Testing and validating changes to bank application before deployment and getting user
acceptance.
• Supports and validates any new software implementation processes and ensures correct
integrations with existing system.
