Presently working as Executive Assistant to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since February 2017 responsible to look into all financial and non-financial approvals according to organization’s SOP along with all office routine work. First four (04) years worked in
Administration Department (Real Estate Division) having responsibilities include but not limited to:
Maintain/Ensure timely payment of more than 200 STC Channels rental outlets (Customer Care Centers) throughout the Kingdom wide.
Liaise between contract department and Landlord to facilitate the payment of the rental outlets.
Prepare the work orders and purchasing requests requisite for the rental outlets for maintenance and new construction work
Negotiate the terms & condition with the landlord in case of raise in the rent.
Process/Examine the payment requests of Contractors for new construction outlets.
Expert in performing SWOT analysis.

During my stay, I also worked in Asset Management Division and got involved in local stock market research work, preparing weekly NAV (Net Assets Value) statement of mutual funds of bank and familiar with all funds operation procedure.
