. Set up detailed KPIs with a manual to monitor program implementation performance and report progress alongside recommendations for decision making

Project management support (duties include but not limited to cost control and margin analysis, scope definition per work element, sub consultants procurement, deliverables management wrt WBS) for the following projects:
1. Detailed multidisciplinary engineering design of one of NEOM iconic projects with multiple hospitality and public realms assets in addition to advanced infrastructure and smart mobility
2. A comprehensive master plan of medical oasis and biotech campus in Riyadh (redevelopment)
3. Diriyah Square: acting as Architect of Record to guide the team in compliance with client and public requirements
4. Confidential Program: acting as Localization Lead on Aerospace Program
5. Governance Modelling and Implementation of Gov Social Programs

In liaison with the PM, direct and oversee the construction of a branded Upscale Apart’Hotel, including:
. Assistance in the resolution of technical issues, plus design review and improvement
. Track and manage the performance of the consultant and the contractors
. Engage effectively and positively project's stakeholders
. Ensure the application of developed HSEQ practices
. Identify and manage proactively the project risks
. Assistance in local and international procurement
. Assure the compliance with operation requirements
. Cost control and EV management
. Assistance in FF&E development
. Follow up with subcontractors and vendors for delivery and installation of materials and equipment

- Supervising construction activities of mid-scale villas in local areas
- Involvement in Postgradaute engineering courses

PMC - Saudi Landbridge Railway Project:

- Supports efforts of technical disciplines to ensure integrated and complete designs that meet project requirements.

Duties for different projects include:
- Pipeline & Stations layout and route planning
- Ground investigation, reviewing of geotechnical reports to ensure the agreed specifications and codes are applied.
- Assistance in design of TWW pipeline and WWTP plant and facilities using AutoCAD
- Static calculations and structural design of foundations
- Assistance in tender documents preparation
- Coordination with subcontractors
