We get the online purchase request from the dept. we check the date, time, goods to be purchase and quantity and authorization of sign and verify carefully and we apply internal and external sourcing for the materials and send the inquiry to vendors for quotations after receiving the quote, we check the best price, quality and delivery time. Basic thing we do is, negotiate with vendor. After finalizing price and delivery time then we issue the purchase order through ERP system.
